Orthodontic Practice Website for Orthokind York.

Problems Faced –

Domain & Email Migration: The need to transfer the existing website, domain, and GSuite emails without any interruptions, ensuring a seamless experience for their internal operations.
Custom Branding & Integration: Challenges arose in adhering strictly to brand guidelines, implementing a customised map with the required colour-coded icons, and ensuring all elements, including a live chat box, looked and functioned seamlessly.
Diverse Functionalities: From creating QR codes for patient treatment leaflets to embedding videos without compromising site speed, the list of specific functionalities was extensive.
External System Integration: A critical requirement was to integrate ‘Pipedrive’, a comprehensive CRM system, into the website without causing glitches or data lapses.
Advanced Analytics & Marketing: Not only did the site require robust SEO work, but it also needed Google Ads automation and advanced Google Analytics set up via API integration.

How I Overcame the Problems –

Efficient Email & Domain Transfer: Using GSuite’s capabilities, I adeptly migrated their emails. I separately managed the domain transfer to 20i hosting, ensuring DNS settings were correct, nameservers were updated, and there was no downtime experienced.
Tailored Branding and Map Integration: The brand guidelines served as a foundation upon which I built a cohesive palette scheme. I custom-coded a map API, tailored to feature colour-coded icons for each practice, ensuring the integration was seamless and matched the brand aesthetics.
Engaging Functionalities: Implemented a live chat box, ensuring it was intuitive and ever-present across all pages. Created a distinct page showcasing custom QR codes, leading to patient leaflets. Ensured videos were optimally embedded, prioritising load speed.
Pipedrive Integration: Methodically connected the ‘Pipedrive’ CRM to the website, ensuring all data points communicated flawlessly and ensuring no disruption to their critical sales and client management processes.
Analytics & Marketing Mastery: Utilised API to set up advanced Google Analytics, undertook a comprehensive SEO strategy, and programmed automated Google Ads to consistently drive targeted traffic.
