Problems Faced – 
  1. Starting from Scratch: There was no existing digital presence, requiring complete domain setup, hosting, and email configuration.
  2. Custom Booking System: Tailoring a system that accommodates her specific working hours, integrating automated emails for both the business owner and the clients.
  3. E-commerce Integration: Introducing a seamless online shopping system complete with a customer journey, from product selection to secure checkout.
  4. Dynamic Pricing Display: Crafting an engaging and interactive pricing list that enhances user experience and clarifies service offerings.
How I Overcame the Problems – 
  1. Fresh Setup: Procured and configured the domain on my hosting platform, establishing branded email accounts ensuring her professional representation online.
  2. Tailored Bookings: Integrated the “Amelia” booking API to create a bespoke reservation system. I tailored it to automatically cross-reference her availability against her other job schedules. The API’s built-in SMTP protocols facilitated the automated email notification system, ensuring real-time notifications to both the beauty therapist and the clients.
  3. E-commerce Workflow: Leveraged the power of platforms like WooCommerce to integrate a robust e-commerce system.
  4. Engaging Pricing Tool:  Developed a dynamic and interactive price list, using advanced scripting to visually represent her services, ensuring clear understanding for her clientele.
