Problems Faced –

Intricate Data Transfer: With the group comprising of four distinct orthodontic practices, each with its own website and emails, the migration process was poised to be complex.
Unique Design Requirement: Crafting a cohesive and elegant design, integrating the primary grey palette with individual bright brand colours of each practice, ensuring consistency while maintaining individuality.
Custom Integrations: From coding a bespoke map API with custom-coloured icons to integrating a live chat box, these were uncharted territories that needed exploration and expertise.
Advanced Analytics and Online Marketing: Not only did they require in-depth Google Analytics, but they also wanted an automated Google Ads system to continually drive traffic.

How I Overcame the Problems –

Comprehensive Domain & Email Migration: For the emails, I leveraged GSuite’s efficient transfer capabilities to migrate without causing disruptions. Separately, I executed a meticulous transfer of the domains to my 20i hosting. This involved updating nameservers, ensuring DNS settings were correctly configured, and managing the transition to ensure website continuity.
Design Precision: Conceived and executed an intuitive design that seamlessly integrated the grey colour palette with the distinctive colours of each practice, creating a harmonious yet dynamic look.
Mastery in Custom Implementations: Employed advanced coding techniques to embed a customised map API, allowing for brand-specific icons. Furthermore, I researched and successfully integrated a live chat box, catering to the instant communication needs of their patients. Incorporated the innovative idea of using QR codes for patient leaflets, enabling quick and easy access.
Digital Marketing Excellence: Through advanced API setups, I integrated a deep Google Analytics system for tracking user behaviour. Moreover, I set up and automated a Google Ads campaign to consistently draw in potential patients.
